Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: HSF1 Antibody [NBP1-71931]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: HSF1 Antibody [NBP1-71931] - Detection of human HSF1 by immunohistochemistry. Samples: FFPE sections of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: an affinity purified rabbit anti-HSF1 used at a dilution of 1:5,000 (0.2ug/ml) (left), a different anti-HSF1 antibody used at a dilution of 1:5,000 (0.2ug/ml) (center) and Cat. NBP1-71931 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (0.2ug/ml) (right). Detection: DABImmunohistochemistry: HSF1 Antibody [NBP1-71931]
Immunohistochemistry: HSF1 Antibody [NBP1-71931] - Samples: FFPE sections of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- HSF1 Cat. No. Lot1 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml) (left), Cat. No. Lot1 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml) (center) and Cat. Immunoprecipitation: HSF1 Antibody [NBP1-71931] - Detection of human HSF1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (15 and 50 ug for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 ug) and HEK293T (T; 50 ug) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HSF1 antibody NBP1-71931 used for WB at 0.04 ug/ml (A) and 1 ug/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. HSF1 was also immunoprecipitated by two other rabbit anti-HSF1 antibodies, which recognize upstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 3 seconds (B).Applications for HSF1 Antibody
