Intracellular Staining by Flow Cytometry
|Detection of beta ‑Catenin in HeLa Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human beta ‑Catenin APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC13292A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003A, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with Methanol. View our protocol for Staining Intracellular Molecules.|
beta -Catenin is a cadherin-associated protein that is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion. It also acts as a transcriptional co-activator in the nucleus and is involved the canonical Wnt signal transduction pathways.
R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products. The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed, but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions.
