|Detection of CXCR3 in Human Blood Lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CXCR3 APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB160A) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon Fluorescein‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100F). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC002A). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.|
CXCR3 is a G protein-coupled chemokine receptor that binds the alpha chemokines MIG (CXCL9), IP-10 (CXCL10), and I-TAC (CXCL11). CXCR3 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells.
