Detects mouse Frizzled-7 in direct ELISAs. Does not cross-react with recombinant mouse Frizzled‑1, -3, -4, or ‑8. Also detects Frizzled-7 on the differentiated embryoid bodies derived from the mouse embryonic cell line D3. Immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry experiments on human HEK 293 cells demonstrate cross-reactivity with human Frizzled-7.
