E. coli-derived recombinant human PP2A-alpha catalytic subunit
Trp209-Leu309
Accession # P67775
Trp209-Leu309
Accession # P67775
Specificity
Detects endogenous human, mouse, and rat PP2A in Western blots. Because PP2A-alpha and PP2A-beta catalytic subunits are identical in the region used for the immunogen, it is expected that both isoforms will be detected by the antibody.

Scientific Data Images for Human/Mouse/Rat PP2A Catalytic Subunit Antibody
Detection of Human and Mouse PP2A Catalytic Subunit, by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PP2A Catalytic Subunit, Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1653) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for PP2A Catalytic Subunit, at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human/Mouse/Rat PP2A Catalytic Subunit Antibody
