Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] - Staining of human cell line A-431 shows localization to nucleoplasm. Antibody staining is shown in green.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] - Staining of human pancreas shows strong cytoplasmic positivity in exocrine glandular cells.Simple Western: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512]
Simple Western: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] - Simple Western lane view shows a specific band for IBTK in 0.2 mg/ml of U-251 lysate. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions using the 12-230 kDa separation system.Simple Western: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512]
Simple Western: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] - Electropherogram image(s) of corresponding Simple Western lane view. IBTK antibody was used at 1:20 dilution on U-251 lysate(s).Flow Cytometry: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] -
Flow Cytometry: IBTK Antibody [NBP1-88512] - IBTK alpha RNA interference increases spontaneous & fludarabine–induced apoptosis in MEC-1 CLL cells MEC-1 cells were transduced with TurboGFP-shCTRL or TurboGFP-shIBTK alpha (Sigma-Aldrich), & after 5 days were left untreated (N.T.) a, b or 72 h-treated with Fludarabine at 25 µM c & d or 50 µM e, f. Then, cells were collected, stained with Annexin-V-APC & analysed by flow cytometry. Binding of Annexin-V-APC was measured for GFP-positive cells, as positive control of transduction. A representative experiment of three independent experiments is shown. Statistically significant differences were assessed using Mann–Whitney test (GraphPad Prism 6), as follows: a vs. bp = 0.0043; c vs. dp = 0.0002; e vs. fp = 0.0001 Image collected & cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41419-017-0026-3), licensed under a CC-BY license.
