FAQs for Goat anti-Mouse IgG Fc Secondary Antibody [HRP]

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: I am going to use mouse antibody IP from Hela cells, and then to perform western blot. The first antibody is mouse. My protein size is same as IgG light chain. I need anti-mouse heavy chain specific HRP to avoid the light chain. Could you tell me which reagent is better? Is that NBP1-75179 can avoid IgG light chain?

A: I have pulled up information on the antibody NBP1-75179 and believe this would be a great choice for you to use in your particular experiment. The lab has verified that it detects the heavy and not light chain and we would back this information that is indicated on the datasheet with our 100% guarantee.
