Q: I am using the xCT antibody, NB300-318, for IHC. I was wondering if you could recommend a rabbit negative isotype control IGg/serum?
A: I would recommend catalog number NB810-56910 as a rabbit isotype control for NB300-318. -
Q: I want to use the rabbit IgG Isotype Ctrl (NB810-56910). But the datasheet says that the concentration is not relevant for this product. But how can I use the Isotype Control without knowing the concentration? For FACS the Isotype Ctrl need to be used at exactly the same concentration as the Test antibody. So could you please tell me the concentration of #NB810-56910. I want to use it as Ctrl for #NBP1-49416.
A: The concentration of NB810-56910 is 5 mg/ml. -
Q: We recently ordered NB100-2382G, and are searching for an appropriate isotype control antibody. We are considering NB810-56910, but this product is not conjugated to DyLight 488, as is NB100-2382G. Are there any Rabbit IgG isotype controls that are conjugated to DyLight 488? Do you recommend any other antibodies for this purpose? Thanks!
A: We would be happy to custom conjugate catalog number NB810-56910 to DyLight 488.
