Application Notes

Q: We ordered NBP1-43319PE, Mouse IgG1 Kappa Light Chain Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1) [PE] as 500tests however we received the product labeled 0.5ml at 0.77mg/ml. Is this equivalent to 500tests?
A: We have changed the listings for our conjugates from 500 tests to 0.5ml because we do not test each conjugate as these are made on demand. In general this amount would be good for 500 tests as the starting recommended dilution is 1ul per test. However, since this is an isotype control, we highly recommend it to be used at the same concentration as the primary antibody.
