Western Blot: ILF3 Antibody [NBP1-71876]
Western Blot: ILF3 Antibody [NBP1-71876] - Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), 293T (T; 50 mcg) and mouse NIH3T3 (M; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-NF90/NF110 antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. NF90 and/or NF110 were also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NF90/NF110 antibodies NBP1-71874 and NBP1-71875 as well as anti-NF110 antibody NBP1-71877, each of which recognizes a different epitope.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ILF3 Antibody [NBP1-71876]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ILF3 Antibody [NBP1-71876] - Sample: FFPE section of mouse teratoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- NF90/NF110 used at a dilution of 1:200 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABApplications for ILF3 Antibody
