Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ISG15/UCRP Antibody (239) [NBP2-90146] - Immunofluorescence staining of Human ProISG15 in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-90146 antibody (1:60) at 37? 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluo(R) 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
