Selective, potent inhibitor of CDC2-like kinase (CLK) 1 and 4 (IC50 = 20 nM for CLK1). Suppresses serine/arginine-rich protein phosphorylation by CLKs under proinflammatory conditions. Displays selectivity over a panel of 71 protein kinases. ATP-competitive.Technical Data
