Flow Cytometry: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804]

Flow Cytometry: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804]

Flow Cytometry: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed Jurkat cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Primary incubation overnight (1:50 dilution) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
Immunofluorescence: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804]

Immunofluorescence: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804]

Immunofluorescence: LHR Antibody [NBP2-76804] - Analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (1:50 dilution) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing plasma membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml).

Applications for LHR Antibody

Application
Recommended Usage

Flow Cytometry

10 ug/ml

Peptide ELISA

Detection Limit 1:32000

Western Blot

0.3 - 0.1 ug/ml
Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 35 kDa band in lysates of human brain, placenta and prostate and of cell lines Daudi, HeLa and K562 after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 78.6 kDa band according to NP_000224.2. The 35 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
