Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Lipin 3 Antibody [NB100-53802]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Lipin 3 Antibody [NB100-53802] - (2.5ug/ml) staining of paraffin embedded Human Thyroid Gland. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Applications for Lipin 3 Antibody
Application
Recommended Usage
Immunohistochemistry
2 - 3 ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin
2 - 3 ug/ml
Peptide ELISA
Detection limit 1:64000
Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx. 80 kDa band and 60 kDa band in human liver lysates after 0.1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 93.6 kDa band according to NP_075047.1. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the bands). IHC-P: Human thyroid gland shows staining of cytoplasm and cell membrane of epithelial cells surrounding the follicles.
