Application
Recommended Usage
ELISA
1:40000
Western Blot
1:100-1:2000
Application Notes
ELISA: NBP1-30006 binds free pig NGAL in solution. NBP1-30006 (as biotinylated detection antibody) forms a sandwich ELISA pair with NBP1-30005 (as capture antibody) for measuring porcine NGAL.
WB: NBP1-30006 can be used in Western blotting.
IHC: NBP1-30006 detects NGAL in paraffin-embedded sections in the cytoplasm of renal tubular cell from pig.
