Ly-6E antibody [HL1933] detects Ly-6E protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Ly-6E stained by Ly-6E antibody [HL1933] (NBP3-25553) diluted at 1:200.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
