Western Blot: MCM2 Antibody [NB100-288] - Detection of human and mouse MCM2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCM2 antibody NB100-288 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MCM2 Antibody [NB100-288]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MCM2 Antibody [NB100-288] - Sample: FFPE section of human small cell lung cancer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCM2 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: MCM2 Antibody [NB100-288]
Immunoprecipitation: MCM2 Antibody [NB100-288] - Detection of human MCM2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCM2 antibody NB100-288 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. MCM2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Phospho MCM2 (S108) antibody NB100-639. For blotting immunoprecipitated MCM2, NB100-288 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for MCM2 Antibody - BSA Free
