Chemical Name: 4-(1H-Imidazol-4-ylmethyl)-1-methylpiperidine dihydrobromide
Biological Activity
Extremely selective histamine H3 receptor agonist (pKi values are 9.0, 5.7, < 5.0 and < 5.0 for hH3, hH4, hH1 and hH2 receptors respectively). Potently inhibits EFS-evoked contractions of guinea pig ileum (pD2 = 8.26).Technical Data
