Immunoprecipitation: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] -
Immunoprecipitation: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] - Immunoprecipitation of Methyltransferase like 3 from 200 ug extracts of 293F cells was performed using 0.5 ug of Methyltransferase like 3 Rabbit mAb. Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using Methyltransferase like 3 Rabbit mAb at a dilution of 1:500.Western Blot: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] -
Western Blot: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] - Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells, using Methyltransferase like 3 Rabbit mAb at 1:1000 dilution.Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit.
Exposure time: 3min.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] -
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Methyltransferase like 3 Antibody (1R6X6) [Methyltransferase like 3] - Confocal imaging of HeLa cells using Methyltransferase like 3 Rabbit mAb. The cells were counterstained with alpha-Tubulin Mouse mAb (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue). Objective: 100x.Applications for METTL3 Antibody (1R6X6)
