Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] -
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed rat (Rattus norvegicus) splenocytes on coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton stained with NBP3-43538 at 10 µg/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/ml), showing membrane and some cytoplasmic staining of a subset of cells. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-43538, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.Western Blot: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] -
Western Blot: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] - Rat spleen (A), rat thymus (B) and rat lymph node (C) lysate samples (35µg protein in RIPA buffer) were resolved on a 10% SDS PAGE gel and blots probed with NBP3-43538 at 1 µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1h was used and protein was detected by chemiluminescence. The expected running size for MHC Class II is ~24.5-31.6kDa, depending on the isoform and post-translational modification. NBP3-43538 successfully detected MHC Class II in rat spleen, thymus and lymph node lysates.Flow Cytometry: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] -
Flow Cytometry: MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free [NBP3-43538] - Staining of rat (Rattus norvegicus) leukocytes with either an isotype control (A) or NBP3-43538 at a concentration of 1 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using an Alexa Fluor ® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.Applications for MHC Class II Antibody (OX-6) - BSA Free
