Detection of CXCR6 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin overnight were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Fluorescein‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2145F) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 APC‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4841A). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC013C). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins.

CXCR6, also known as Bonzo and STRL33, is a G protein coupled chemokine receptor expressed on activated T cells and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. It binds soluble CXCL16 and membrane-anchored CXCL16 expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages.
R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products.
The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed,
but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions.
