Detection of TNFRH3/TNFRSF26 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse TNFRH3/TNFRSF26 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB5330, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB006, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113).

Tumor necrosis factor receptor homolog 3 (TNFRH3; also tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 26) is a 21 kDa (predicted, unglycosylated) type I transmembrane protein and member of the TNF receptor superfamily. The ECD contains two potential sites of N-linked glycosylation and a cysteine-rich region (aa 38‑126). There is no human ortholog for TNFRH3. TNFRH3 is expressed in thymus and spleen with detectable levels in the lung.
The reconstitution calculator allows you to quickly calculate the volume of a reagent to reconstitute your vial. Simply enter the mass of reagent and the target concentration and the calculator will determine the rest.
