Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with Trehalose. *Small pack size (SP) is supplied either lyophilized or as a 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS.

Shipping

Lyophilized product is shipped at ambient temperature. Liquid small pack size (-SP) is shipped with polar packs. Upon receipt, store immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

    Detection of mouse TROP2 on the 4T1 breast cancer mouse cell line. 4T1 cells were treated with the Mouse TROP-2 antibody (catalog # MAB1122) (BLUE) or Rat IgG2B isotype control antibody (RED), followed by a secondary Goat Anti-Rat IgG APC antibody. Mouse TROP2 on 4T1 cells was not detected using this clone but it was detected using the polyclonal a-mouse TROP2 antibody (catalog # BAF1122).
