Immunoprecipitation: MSH2 Antibody [NB100-621] - Detection of human MSH2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MSH2 antibody NB100-621 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. MSH2 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-MSH2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated MSH2, NB100-621 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for MSH2 Antibody - BSA Free
