Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Murine Hepatitis Virus A59 nsp9 Antibody (2C6.H1) [NBP2-21671] - 6-h post infection in mouse L cells. Cells were fixed in 3% para-formaldehyde. For detection Cy2 conjugated Goat-anti-Mouse IgG MX10 was used.Murine Hepatitis Virus A59 nsp9 Antibody (2C6.H1)
Western blotting using a nsp9 antibody to detect protein in various lysates, 6h post MHV infection. Lane 1 shows no cross-reactivity with Sected Vero cells. Negative controls (lanes 2 and 4) show no staining. Specific reactivity against MHV-A59 nsp9 from infected mouse L cells is shown in lane 3. Application Notes
This antibody has been tested for use in immunofluorescence microscopy and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 13 kDa in size corresponding to mature MHV-A59 nsp9 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. For immunofluorescence microscopy, Vero-E6 cells were grown on glass slides followed by infection with MHV-A59 strain and fixation with PBS/3% PFA. After washing and permeabilization of the fixed cells, antibody incubation was performed in PBS/5% FCS for 30 min.
