Scientific Data Images for MuSK Antibody
Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Analysis of 3ng of muscle-specific kinase antigen and 10ul PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder per well.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Analysis of muscle-specific kinase (MuSK) (green) in C2C12 mouse myoblast cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 10 minutes, and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained without (left panel) or with a MuSK polyclonal antibody, at a dilution of 1:20 in blocking buffer for at least 1 hour at room temperature, and then incubated with a DyLight 488 goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody for 45 minutes at room temperature (green). F-Actin (both panels, red) was stained with DyLight 554 Phalloidin and nuclei (both panels, blue) were stained with DAPI. Images were taken at 60X magnification.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Staining on mouse skeletal muscle tissue.Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Analysis of Rat MuSK transfected COS7 cell lysate.Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Western Blot: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Analysis of 30ug of rat skeletal muscle tissue lysate and 10ul PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder per well onto a 4-20% Tris-Glycine polyacrylamide gel.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MuSK Antibody [NB120-5619] - Analysis of muscle-specific kinase (MuSK) (green) in L6 rat myoblast cells.
