Western Blot: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627]
Western Blot: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627] - Myc tag antibody [0002] Immunoprecipitation of Myc tagged protein. HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal mouse IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc tag antibody [0002]. (A) Input, 20ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected. EasyBlot anti-Mouse IgG Kit was used in Western blot.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627]
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627] - Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.Green: Myc tag stained by Myc tag antibody [0002] (NBP2-43627) diluted at 1:2000.Western Blot: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627] -
Western Blot: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc Epitope Tag antibody [GT0002] (NBP2-43627) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.ELISA: Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) [NBP2-43627] -
Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant Multiple Tags Positive Control ( 6xHis-MBP-DDDDK-V5-HSV-HA-T7-Myc-S) (57.14-0.89 nM). Coated protein was probed with Myc tag antibody [GT0002] (NBP2-43627) (1 ug/mL). Goat antibody Mouse IgG antibody (HRP) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.Applications for Myc Epitope Tag Antibody (2) - Azide and BSA Free
