Western Blot: NCAPG2 Antibody [NB100-1813]
Western Blot: NCAPG2 Antibody [NB100-1813] - Detection of Human CAP-G2 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa and 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-G2 antibody NB100-1813 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunoprecipitation: NCAPG2 Antibody [NB100-1813]
Immunoprecipitation: NCAPG2 Antibody [NB100-1813] - Detection of human CAP-G2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP-G2 antibody NB100-1813 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CAP-G2 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-CAP-G2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAP-G2, NB100-1813 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for NCAPG2 Antibody
