P2Y11 antagonist; exhibits 520-fold selectivity for P2Y11 over P2Y1, P2Y2, P2Y4, P2Y6 and P2Y12 receptors. Displays competitive antagonism against ATPγS (pIC50 values are 6.43 and 7.14 in Ca2+ and cAMP assays respectively).Technical Data
