NF-M Antibody (OTI2G3)[NBP2-46139]Simple Western analysis of lysates (0.2 mg/mL) from HEK293T cell culture using CD63 mouse mAb (SKU: TA803474). EVs were harvested from cell culture media and enriched by polymer-based precipitation. EV contained cell culture media without enrichment was used as controls. The virtual lane view (left) shows the target band corresponding to CD63 (highly glycosylated) at 1:20 dilutions of primary antibody. The corresponding electropherogram view (right) plots chemiluminescence by molecular weight along the capillary of EV lysate (Green), cell lysate (Blue) and unenriched media (Grey). The experiment was performed on the Jess Simple Western instrument for ProteinSimple, a BioTechne band, using the 12-230 kDa separation module. *CD63 is highly glycosylated protein, verified by overexpressed lysate tagged with DDK. PNGase F treatment can bring the band to the expected size.Applications for NF-M Antibody (OTI2G3)
