Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NIF1 antibody NB100-2578 used IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. NIF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NIF1 antibodies NB100-2579 and another NIF1 Ab.
