Product Specifications
Immunogen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 144-159 (LGKEVFKGKKPDKDNR) of human NALP2/PAN1/PYPAF2 was used as immunogen; GenBank no. gi|8923473|ref|NP_060322.1|.
Specificity
Performs similarly to the NALP2/PAN1/PYPAF2 which is cited in Bruey et al, 2004. The two antibodies are made against different portions of the NALP2 protein.

Scientific Data Images for NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody - BSA Free
Western Blot: NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody [NB100-56154]
Western Blot: NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody [NB100-56154] - Analysis of NLRP2/NALP2 in differentiated THP-1 cells following IFN (interferon) stimulation using NALP2 antibody at 1:2000. TPA-differentiated THP-1 cells were cultured with 1000 units of IFNg for 0-24 hours as described in Bruey et al, 2004. Culturing differentiated THP-1 with IFNg resulted in transient elevations in NALP2 expression which peaked at 4-8 h after INFg treatment.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody [NB100-56154]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody [NB100-56154] - NLRP2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta using Rabbit Anti-Human NLRP2 polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-56154) at 1:1000 for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rabbit IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC003). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the cytoplasm in horionic villi.Applications for NLRP2/NALP2 Antibody - BSA Free
