Western Blot: Otubain-1 Antibody (GT611) [NBP3-13627] - Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Otubain-1 antibody [GT611] (NBP3-13627) diluted at 1:1000. OTUB1 antibody [GT611] detects OTUB1 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.Sample: DIV9 rat E18 primary cortical neuron cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: OTUB1 stained by OTUB1 antibody [GT611] (NBP3-13627) diluted at 1:500.
Red: NeuN, stained by NeuN antibody diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.
