Immunohistochemistry: OXSR1 Antibody [NB100-77321]
Immunohistochemistry: OXSR1 Antibody [NB100-77321] - Sample: FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- OSR1 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: OXSR1 Antibody [NB100-77321]
Immunoprecipitation: OXSR1 Antibody [NB100-77321] - Detection of Human OSR1 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and 293T (T; 50 mcg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-OSR1 antibody NB100-77321 was used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. OSR1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-OSR1 antibody NB100-77322, which which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated OSR1 nb100-77322 was used. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.Applications for OXSR1 Antibody - BSA Free
