Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2ug/ml), showing cytoplasmic and membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Application Notes
WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 22 kDa band in mouse liver and lung lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 12.9 kDa band according to NP_035155.1. The 22 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
