Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: PDCD4 Antibody [NBP2-98857] - Immunofluorescence staining of PDCD4 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum. Then incubated with NBP2-98857 antibody (1:1000)(Figure A), incubated with NBP2-98857 antibody and antigen (Figure B) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
