PKC (19-36)
Biological Activity
Pseudosubstrate peptide inhibitor of protein kinase C (IC50 = 0.18 μM). Attenuates vascular hyperproliferation and hypertrophy induced by high glucose. Inhibits DNA and protein synthesis in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) in a dose-dependent manner.Negative Control also available.
