Green: Plastin L stained by Plastin L antibody [HL2501] (NBP3-48691) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-HCl buffer, pH 9.0, 20 min at 70�C
Western Blot: Plastin L Antibody (HL2501) [NBP3-48691] -
Whole zebrafish extract (30 ug) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Plastin L antibody [HL2501] (NBP3-48691) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.Applications for Plastin L Antibody (HL2501)
