Western Blot: PPAR gamma/NR1C3 Antibody [NB120-19481] - Dnmt3a1 decreases lipid droplet accumulation in the early stage of adipocyte differentiation. (A) Representative images of oil red O staining (red) & DAPI staining (blue) after transfection with pSDS-Dnmt3a1 & pSDS-NC for 48 h are showed; scale bar: 25 μm. (B) Lipid droplet content by oil red O staining & extraction method of cells transfected with pSDS-Dnmt3a1 & pSDS-NC for 48 h. Values represent mean ± SEM from three independent experiments. ∗∗P < 0.01. (C) Representative images of oil red O staining (red) & DAPI staining (blue) after transfection with si-Dnmt3a1 & si-NC for 48 h are showed; scale bar: 25 μm. (D) Lipid droplet content by oil red O staining & the extraction method of cells transfected with si-Dnmt3a1 & si-NC for 48 h. Values represent mean ± SEM from three independent experiments. ∗P < 0.05. (E) Relative mRNA level of some general genes implicated in adipogenesis or energy homeostasis induced by pSDS-Dnmt3a1 & pSDS-NC into cells. Values represent mean ± SEM from four separate experiments. ∗P < 0.05, ∗∗P < 0.01, & ∗∗∗P < 0.001. (F) Protein expression of some general adipose genes induced by pSDS-Dnmt3a1 & pSDS-NC into cells. (G) Relative mRNA level of some general genes involved in adipogenesis or energy homeostasis after transfection with si-Dnmt3a1 & si-NC into cells for 48 h. Values represent mean ± SEM from four separate experiments. ∗P < 0.05, ∗∗P < 0.01, & ∗∗∗P < 0.001. (H) Protein expression of some general genes involved in adipogenesis at 48 h after transfection by si-Dnmt3a1 & si-NC into cells. The band intensity of Western blotting was obtained by averaging the data from three independent experiments. FAQs for PPAR gamma/NR1C3 Antibody - BSA Free

Q: Do you have a trial sample for this antibody. I want to use it for pig samples but I'm afraid it really works for pig samples.
A: Unfortunately we do not provide free samples however I can guarantee that this antibody has been tested on pig and if it does not work we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Q: We have these Abs: NB120-19481 PPAR gamma Antibody and NB600-501 Beta Actin Antibody (AC-15). The samples that we are analyzing are bovine ones. Please, confirm me if those proteins are valid like positive controls in WB for those antibodies: 1. Beta Actin Recombinant Protein (H00000060-P01). 2. PPAR gamma Protein (NBP1-45290) 3. PPAR gamma Protein (H00005468-P01) 4. PPAR gamma Protein (H00005468-Q01). Or perhaps could be better those lysates: 1. Beta Actin Lysate - L015T6 2. Beta Actin Lysate - H00000060-T02 3. PPAR gamma Lysate - NBL1-14634 4. PPAR gamma Lysate - NBL1-14633 5. PPAR gamma Lysate - NBL1-14635.
A: I recommend the below controls as we have validated these as controls. NB120-19481: 2. PPAR gamma Protein (NBP1-45290) 3. PPAR gamma Protein (H00005468-P01) 4. PPAR gamma Protein (H00005468-Q01). NB600-501: 1. Beta Actin Lysate - L015T6 2. Beta Actin Lysate - H00000060-T02
