Right lane: Detection of endogenous RASD2 in PC12 cells.Another company's RASD2 antibody displayed numerous 'zebra stripes', we stripped and reprobed this membrane with this Novus antibody and were able to detect endogenous RASD2 in the PC12 cells, and not in the N2A cells as they don't express RASD2.
