Rhodamine Antibody (11H10) was produced after repeated immunizations of balb/c mice with rhodamine conjugated KLH.
Specificity
RHODAMINE Monoclonal Antibody was protein A purified and reacts specifically with Rhodamine and its derivatives. Rhodamine isomer 5 and isomer 6 are reactive as TAMRA, as well as TRITC conjugated proteins. No reaction is observed against Texas Red.

Store vial at -20C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
