Q: What is the concentration of this antibody?
A: Unfortunately, we have not determined the concentration for this antibody. Please note that none of unpurified antibodies derived directly from ascites is subjected to the concentration determination. This is because there are so many IgG-unrelated proteins that are present in ascites, and the readings could reach to the double-digit in mg/ml. Therefore the usefulness of this kind of antibodies are indicated as the dilution factors for the different applications, after lab-testings
