Western Blot: SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody [NB100-1592] - Detection of Human and Mouse INPPL2/SHIP2 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50, 15, 5 ug) from HeLa and (50 ug) from 293T and mouse NIH3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INPPL2/SHIP2 antibody NB100-1592 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry: SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody [NB100-1592]
Immunohistochemistry: SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody [NB100-1592] - Sample: FFPE serial sections of human colon carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-expndtw-6 INPPL1/SHIP2 Cat. No. Lot 1 (left) and Lot 2 (right) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody [NB100-1592]
Immunoprecipitation: SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody [NB100-1592] - Detection of human INPPL2/SHIP2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-INPPL2/SHIP2 antibody NB100-1592 (lot NB100-1592-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. INPPL2/SHIP2 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NB100-1592-1) and another rabbit anti-INPPL2/SHIP2 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated INPPL2/SHIP2, NB100-1592 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for SHIP2/INPPL1 Antibody - BSA Free
