FAQs for SLC48A1 Antibody - BSA Free

Showing  1 - 1 of 1 FAQ Showing All
  • Q: Does this work with mouse SLC48A1 ? Just to double check this heme-regulated gene 1, the heme transporter ?

A: Product NBP1-91563 has not yet been tested for detection of the mouse protein. We have only validated it for human samples. The immunogen used shares only 27% homology to the mouse sequence, so I do not think it would be a good choice for your experiment. The antibody is made to the Heme transporter HRG1 human protein http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q6P1K1.
