Flow Cytometry: SMAC/Diablo Antibody (006) [NBP2-89251] - Flow cytometric analysis of Human SMAC/Diablo expression on HeLa cells. The cells were treated, stained with NBP2-89251 (Filled histogram), then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. To demonstrate specificity of staining, the binding by NBP2-89251 was blocked by preincubation of the purified antibody with 20ug recombinant human SMAC/Diablo for 1 hour (Black solid line hisgram). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: SMAC/Diablo Antibody (006) [NBP2-89251] -
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: SMAC/Diablo Antibody (006) [NBP2-89251] - Immunofluorescence staining of Human SMAC/Diablo in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-89251 (1:60) at 4 overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.Applications for SMAC/Diablo Antibody (006) - Azide and BSA Free
