SMIFH2
Chemical Name: 1-(3-Bromophenyl)-5-(2-furanylmethylene)dihydro-2-thioxo-4,6(1H,5H)-pyrimidinedione
Purity: ≥99%
Biological Activity
SMIFH2 is an inhibitor of formin homology 2 (FH2) domains. Prevents formin-mediated actin nucleation and barbed end elongation. Disrupts formin-dependent actin cytoskeletal structures in fission yeast and mammalian NIH 3T3 fibroblasts.Technical Data
