Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Spectrin beta 3 Antibody (3B1NB) - Azide Free [NBP2-44311] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.05% Triton-X100. The cells were incubated with anti-Spectrin beta 3 (3B1NB) conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488 [NBP2-44310AF488] at 10ug/ml for 1 hour at room temperature. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Spectrin beta 3 Antibody (3B1NB) - Azide Free [NBP2-44311] - IHC analysis of a formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissue section of normal human prostate using 1:200 dilution of Spectrin beta 3 antibody (clone 3B1NB). The antibody generated a specific cytoplasmic staining with strong signal at cell-cell junctions in the glandular epithelium of the prostate section. The cells of fibromuscular stroma showed a diffused signal throughout the sections. Image using the standard format of this product.

Flow (Cell Surface): Spectrin beta 3 Antibody (3B1NB) - Azide Free [NBP2-44311] - Spectrin B3 antibody (clone 3B1NB) was used to stain HeLa cells (1 x 10^6 cells/ml) at a 1:500 dilution detected using Dylight-488 conjugated goat anti-rat IgG secondary antibody (blue peak). Shown with secondary control (orange peak).
