Immunohistochemical Staining of STEAP1 in Human Prostate
Analysis of a FFPE tissue section of human prostate using 1:200 dilution of STEAP1 antibody (NBP3-48437). The staining was developed using HRP labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody and DAB reagent, and nuclei of cells were counter-stained with hematoxylin.STEAP1 in U-87 MG Human Cell Line.
STEAP1 was detected in immersion fixed U-87 MG human glioblastoma cell line using Rabbit anti-STEAP1 Antigen Affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-48437) at 1.0 µg/mL overnight at 4C. Cells were stained using DyLight 488-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Cross-Absorbed Secondary Antibody (green), and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.Detection of STEAP1 in U-87 MG Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry.
An intracellular stain was performed on U-87 MG human brain glioblastoma cell line with Rabbit anti-STEAP1 Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP3-48437, blue histogram) or matched control antibody (NBP2-24891, orange histogram) at 2 µg/mL for 30 minutes at RT.Applications for STEAP1 Antibody
