Western Blot: Synapsin I [p Ser549] Antibody [NB300-744]
Western Blot: Synapsin I [p Ser549] Antibody [NB300-744] - Western blot of rat brain lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~78k synapsin I phosphorylated at Ser549 (Control). The phosphospecificity of this labeling is shown in the second lane (lambda-phosphatase: lambdlambda-Ptase). The blot is identical ot the control except that it was incubated in lambdlambda-Ptase (1200 units for 30 min) before being exposed to the Anti-Phospho Ser549 synapsin I. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by treatment with lambdlambda-Ptase.Immunohistochemistry: Synapsin I [p Ser549] Antibody [NB300-744]
Immunohistochemistry: Synapsin I [p Ser549] Antibody [NB300-744] - Immunostaining of cultured mouse caudate neurons showing synapsin I when hosphorylated at Ser549.Applications for Synapsin I [p Ser549] Antibody - Azide Free
