Catalog Number: 5049
Chemical Name: 3-(4-Methoxyphenyl)-5-[[[4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl]thio]methyl]-1,2,4-oxadiazole
Biological Activity
Dual tankyrase (TNKS) inhibitor (Kd values are 79 and 28 nM for TNKS1 and TNKS2 respectively, IC50 = 33 nM for TNKS2) that is devoid of activity at PARP1 and PARP2 (IC50 >19 μM). Inhibits Wnt signaling and stabilizes Axin2 levels.

Molarity Calculator
Calculate the mass, volume or concentration required for a solution

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)
An example of a molarity calculation using the molarity calculator:
What is the mass of compound required to make a 10 mM stock solution in 10 ml of water given that the molecular weight of the compound is 197.13 g/mol?
